Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, digital platforms, and all services offered by Xetrocube (collectively, the “Services”).

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

2. Scope of Services

Xetrocube provides a wide range of Cyber Security and IT Infrastructure services, including but not limited to:

  • Firewall Deployment & Configuration
  • Advanced SIEM Implementation
  • Cisco Telephony Installation & Support
  • Cloud Server Setup & Migration (VMware/Azure)
  • Monthly Network & Systems Maintenance

All services are provided according to agreed project scopes, timelines, and deliverables defined at the time of order confirmation.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure efficient service delivery, clients are required to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information related to their network environment, systems, or infrastructure.
  • Grant appropriate access credentials or permissions necessary to carry out the project.
  • Respond promptly to communication requests and provide timely approvals.
  • Refrain from unauthorized interference or modification of configurations deployed by Xetrocube.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may cause project delays or termination without refund.

4. Service Delivery

  • Service timelines are provided in good faith based on project complexity and client cooperation.
  • Delays caused by third-party software, external hosting environments, or client-side approvals are not the responsibility of Xetrocube.
  • Once deliverables such as configurations, installations, or security reports are approved, the project is considered complete.

5. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in full or as per agreed milestones prior to initiation of work.
  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or any other approved channel.
  • Late or incomplete payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
  • For maintenance subscriptions or recurring services, automatic billing may apply unless canceled in writing 14 days prior to renewal.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are handled strictly in accordance with our Refund Policy. In summary:

  • Full or partial refunds may only be approved before or during initial project phases.
  • No refunds are available after system delivery, deployment, or completion of technical work.

7. Data Protection & Confidentiality

  • Xetrocube follows strict data protection practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  • All client information, system credentials, and project data are kept confidential and accessed only by authorized team members.
  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any technical, operational, or business data shared during the project.

8. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • All code, configurations, and documentation created by Xetrocube remain the intellectual property of Xetrocube until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables may be transferred to the client unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
  • Any frameworks, methodologies, or proprietary tools developed by Xetrocube remain our sole intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

Xetrocube will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
  • Data loss, downtime, or system failure caused by third-party software, hardware issues, or user errors.
  • Unauthorized modifications or misuse of configurations after project completion.

In no event shall Xetrocube’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

10. Service Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if:

  • Payments are overdue.
  • The client violates these Terms.
  • Any illegal, unethical, or harmful use of our systems or services is detected.

Upon termination, Xetrocube will provide notice and, where applicable, deliver any completed work up to that point.

11. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Some projects may rely on third-party tools, software, or APIs. Xetrocube is not responsible for the performance, pricing changes, or data policies of these third parties. Clients are encouraged to review the terms of any third-party integrations used within their systems.

12. Changes to Terms

Xetrocube reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the United Kingdom (or the country of operation for the respective client project), without regard to conflict of law principles.
