Project Overview
The purpose of the collaborative project was to upgrade existing IP telephony infrastructure and install Cisco collaboration products.
The project typically involved evaluating existing network infrastructure and ensuring it supported the Cisco collaboration solution. The project involved implementing various Cisco CUCM collaboration tools and solutions based on organizational requirements.
This includes Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) for SIP call management, Cisco Webex for web and video conferencing, Cisco Jabber for instant messaging and presence, and Cisco Telepresence for immersive video conferencing.
The implementation included the deployment of several collaboration endpoints such as Cisco IP Phones 8000 Series, Cisco IX5000, Cisco Webex Board 80 Series, and web conferencing devices.
We provided essential post-sales training to end users to ensure the successful adoption of Cisco collaboration solutions.
