frequently asked question

We start with what you have. If it's solid, we integrate and tune. If something is holding you back (firewall too small, SIEM too noisy), we'll recommend a practical swap with a clear reason.

Firewalls: 1–2 weeks, including testing. SIEM rollout: 3–6 weeks, depending on data sources. Cisco voice changes: often days. Cloud migrations: 2–8 weeks based on size and complexity.

We plan changes in maintenance windows and test rollbacks first. Most work is done live or with brief, scheduled cutovers that your team knows about ahead of time.

Patching, backups, health checks, log reviews, and capacity planning. You also get a simple report: what we did, what we found, and what's next, so nothing goes dark.

We onboard the right logs, map detections to real attack paths, and suppress junk. Then we review weekly for a month to tune until alerts are high-signal and actionable.

Yes. We set up secure VPN/Zero Trust access, QoS for voice over the internet, and policies that don't break productivity. Remote users get the same protection as HQ.
